ORDERS

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed same day if placed between 4pm EST. After 4pm, it will be processed the next business day. During launches or high-volume drops, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations. Please contact us immediately at shopunashmd@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist.

I entered the wrong address. What should I do?

Please contact us immediately. If your order has not shipped, we can update the address.
UNASHMD is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on your location:

  • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days after processing

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Do you offer international shipping?

Not at this time. However, very soon!

My tracking says delivered but I didn’t receive it.

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, UNASHMD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local carrier.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.

Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

Do you offer refunds?

No. All approved returns are issued as store credit only.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes, size exchanges are available based on inventory. If your requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Are sale items returnable?

No. Sale and limited-edition items are final sale.

How do I know what size to order?

Please refer to our Size Guide located on each product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for an oversized fit.

How should I wash my UNASHMD apparel?

For best results:

  • Wash inside out

  • Cold water

  • Gentle cycle

  • Air dry or tumble dry low

  • Dry clean

This helps preserve the print and fabric quality.

Are your items true to size?

All items are unisex. For women we recommend a size down if you want a slimmer fit.

What does UNASHMD mean?

UNASHMD stands for “Unashamed.”

It’s rooted in Romans 1:16 — a reminder to live boldly in faith and identity.

This is more than clothing. It’s a declaration.
