RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of confirmed delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be free of stains, odors, or damage

Have original tags attached (if applicable)

Be in original packaging
UNASHMD reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. STORE CREDIT POLICY
All approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

No refunds will be issued to original payment methods.

Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card.

Store credit does not expire.

Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. EXCHANGES
We offer size exchanges for the same item, subject to inventory availability.
If your requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

Limited edition or exclusive drops marked “Final Sale”

Gift cards

Worn or washed merchandise

Items returned after 14 days of delivery
5. INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

We will review and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
6. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return:

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Ship the item back within 7 days of approval.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
UNASHMD is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
7. REFUSED OR UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS
Any return sent without prior approval may be refused and returned to sender at the customer’s expense.
8. POLICY UPDATES
UNASHMD reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
